We Service participants that are NDIS funded (Plan Managed) and Privately funded
• Psychosocial and Recovery (Mental Health including complex care)
• Drug and Alcohol Recovery
• Physical Disabilities resulting (from Birth, Stroke or Surgical Procedure
• Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI)
• Neurological Diseases
e.g. Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Motor Neuron
• Dementia
• Supported living (SIL, SRS) and Private Residences
• Forensic Care

Your needs are unique, and the care and support you receive should be unique too. We tailor our care approach to each person's needs, taking special consideration to ensure your support is delivered by a worker whose interests and values align to you

WHERE DO WE SERVICE?
We operate in Melbourne's Metro (CBD) and surrounding areas.
